Well, my driving guardian angles continue to look after me (I'm really quite a bad driver-as poor Dianna can attest to since I taught her and she drives just like me!). It began snowing about 1/2 hour before I left for school this morning. When I got on the freeway it seemed clear in the lanes so I was going about 60. The car in front of me (which was quite a ways in front-I was keeping my space) put on their breaks so I tapped mine in anticipation. Well, just that little tap started a little fish-tailing, which turned into BIG fish-tailing, and the next thing I knew I was spinning across 2 lanes of freeway traffic. I was very coherent during the whole thing and said a prayer as I spun. The Lord answered my prayers and looked after me. Not a single car hit me and I stopped right on the side of the road. I was able to pull right back on as if nothing had happened.
I feel blessed that I didn't spin the other way, right in to the cement barrier, and that the cars on the sides of me were far enough behind they were able to slow down and let me spin pass-maybe next time I should wave!!
I will try to remember that my car is garbage when it comes to the snow and not be in such a hurry to get places in the future (I wasn't even late this morning but I just feel the need to get to places ASAP)!

WOW! That would be very scary. I am glad that you are ok. That is one good thing for the desert that we don't have snow or slippery roads. My parents said they saw you on Sunday. I hope you have a wonderful Christmas! Take care!
