Michael and I auditioned for, and made it into, Murray city's production of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. FUN! We perform in June. I'm Asher's Wife and Thing is Issachar. So far it seems like it's going to be a good cast!
Yes, I still exist! No fun photos of anything. My Drama II class are doing One Acts in 2 weeks so perhaps I'll post some photos from that when I get some! Life is good-I'm enjoying having time reading in the afternoon and actually making dinner. I even had time/energy (energy is really the key word-you can always find time for anything!!) to play the piano last night! I had to take a month break from Zumba when Birdie was getting crazy and I've been able to go consistently the past 3 weeks-it makes me feel healthy in a fun way!! I attend classes at the Orem Rec Center. I'm checking out an institute class this evening...we'll see how that goes and am planning on auditioning for a few shows. So, there is a quick update on my exciting life!
BYE BYE BIRDIE is going FANTASTICALLY!! Here are some photos from dress rehearsal and performances.
I love the twirly skirts in this photo!!! One of the best aspects of the show! Ed Sullivan Show with live filming!! Bedroom wall complete with Mickey Mouse Club, Doris Day, North by Northwest, Sleeping Beauty, the Supremes, and of course...Conrad Birdie!! Bedroom wall complete with Mickey Mantle, Buddy Holly, cars, Batman, and baseball galore!
Here's the best of the best of my photos from last week's photo shoot. Overall I'm really pleased with the costumes. Some are just plain adorable. Still making a few adjustments!
